Your insurance included with Expedited and Priority shipping protects you in these scenarios:
Order lost in transit:
If you think your order is lost in transit, contact us in order to open a service ticket. Depending on Canada Post's investigation result, you will either receive your package or a full refund.
Please note that no refund is given prior the the investigation results.
Order damaged in transit
If your package came damaged, please make sure to take pictures of the packaging and the contents inside and contact us in order to open a service ticket.
Depending on the damage, we may offer a full or partial refund.
Please note that manufacturing defects or errors in grading, are NOT covered.
The following is NOT covered by shipping insurance:
Theft
If your order was stolen, you must contact your local police as we are not responsible for stolen packages.
Wrong shipping information provided
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information for all your packages. If an order you placed is shipped with incorrect information, we are not repsonsible for that package.
