As such, if your order has passed the estimated delivery time*, we ask that you wait up to 12 additional business days before we consider your order as misplaced in transit.

In the event that Canada Post suspends their guaranteed delivery times, such as during a pandemic or strike, we will not be offering refunds for late arrivals.
