The first thing to do when receiving a damaged order is to take pictures.
Please open a service ticket with the pictures in order to open a claim. If you purchased an insured shipping method, you will be fully compensated upon completion of the investigation.
In the event that you did not purchase insurance, Face to Face Games cannot be held responsible for damaged orders and we will review the claim as a per order basis depending on the circumstances.
While these occurrences are very rare, we always recommend choosing an expedited shipping option for this reason.
