Before declaring a package as lost, we will need to open a service ticket with Canada Post. Should it be declared as lost, we will fully compensate you if you purchased insurance.

In the event that you did not purchase insurance, and you waited the requested 12 additional business days and still have not received it, the order will be declared as lost. Unfortunately, Face to Face Games cannot be held responsible in this case.
