All store credit is now universal!

Prior to April 2020, Face to Face Games Toronto and had separate store credit systems. In April 2020, the two store credit systems were merged. All customers with existing Face to Face Games Toronto and Face to Face accounts associated with the same email address and/or phone number have had their store credit balances merged automatically.

If you did not have an existing online store account or if a match was not found for your contact information on the two accounts, we can transfer your credit manually. Please email us at from the email address associated with your account with your full name and phone number and we will transfer your store credit to that account.
