Regional Championship Qualifiers must be run as either the constructed format that aligns with the Regional Championship they are qualifying for, or must be Sealed Deck with a Top 8 Draft.
For example, if your event is offering invitations to a Pioneer Regional Championship, your event must be either Pioneer or Sealed with a Top 8 Draft.
