Why can’t I purchase more than 250 items?Updated 9 months ago
To ensure a smooth shopping and checkout experience, orders are limited to 250 line items (250 different products) per order.
If you’d like to purchase more than 250 items:
- Place multiple orders
- They can be combined for shipping
- If additional orders are charged shipping, contact Customer Service for a refund
Large carts may also slow down device performance. If you experience issues below the limit, splitting the order into two smaller checkouts may help.
