Some cards are missing from my grading confirmation email — what should I do?Updated 7 days ago

First, check the comments section of your buylist order. When cards arrive with significant damage (worse than Moderately Played), we:

  • Remove them from the main list
  • Add a note indicating the adjusted value and reason

If you still can’t locate the missing items, it may be a system or save error. Please reply to your service ticket and our team will investigate and resolve the issue.
