One of my cards was marked as counterfeit — Can I get it back?Updated 8 days ago
We test all incoming cards using industry-standard authentication methods to prevent counterfeit cards from entering the community.
As per Wizards of the Coast policy on counterfeits (5.K) and our company standards:
- Counterfeit items cannot be returned under any circumstances
- No compensation will be issued for counterfeit submissions
- Counterfeit cards are destroyed to prevent re-entry into circulation
Face to Face Games reserves the right to:
- Notify authorities
- Warn, suspend, or ban individuals from our online and physical stores
- Take action in accordance with our Code of Conduct
Knowingly attempting to sell counterfeit cards is considered a serious violation.
