Most payment declines occur when the billing address does not match the address registered to your credit card.
Before retrying your payment:
- Ensure your billing address matches your card’s records exactly
- You may still enter a different shipping address if needed
- If you recently moved, your bank may still have your old address on file

Other Common Reasons for Declined Payments
- Attempting to pay with American Express or Discover, which we do not accept
- Using a VPN or browser extension (e.g., script blockers) that interferes with checkout
