If your package appears lost, we will first open an investigation with the shipper. If the package is officially declared lost and you purchased shipping insurance, you will receive a full reimbursement.
If the package was shipped without insurance, and you have waited the required additional 12 business days past the expected delivery window, it will be considered lost, however, Face to Face Games cannot be held responsible for uninsured shipments.
Lost packages are rare, but we strongly recommend choosing an expedited shipping option for added security.
