If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos immediately.
Open a support ticket with the images so we can begin a claim.
- If you selected insured shipping, you will receive full compensation once the claim is resolved.
- If the order was shipped without insurance, we may not be able to offer a refund; however, we will review cases individually.
We recommend expedited or insured shipping for valuable orders.
