Humidity during shipping may cause slight curling, especially with foil cards; this usually improves after a few days. If the warping is severe or does not improve, please open a support ticket and we will be happy to help.
Foil Curving in Supplementary Products
Foils from supplementary products are known to curl more significantly and this is not considered a grading defect. These cards are often not tournament legal for that reason. Concerns about supplementary product foils should be directed to the manufacturer.
Supplementary products include (but are not limited to):
- Commander Deck foils
- From the Vault, Secret Lair & Premium Deck Series
- Box Toppers
- Special sets (e.g., Commander Legends, Modern Masters)
- Pokémon & Yu-Gi-Oh! tin promos
- Pokémon exclusive box promos
- Some FNM/League Cup promos
Manufacturing Defects
We are not responsible for manufacturing defects. These must be reported to the appropriate company.
Manufacturing defects may include:
- Heavily warped cards from sealed product
- Misprints / miscuts
- Mispacked or damaged sealed product contents
- Missing items inside sealed product
- Defective sleeves, deck boxes, binders, or accessories
