I disagree with my card grading — What can I do?Updated 8 days ago

Card grading can be subjective, so we recommend reviewing our Grading Guide to better understand our evaluation standards.

If you disagree with the grading, you may request your cards back as long as payment has not yet been issued (typically within 24 hours of receiving your grading email).
To request returns, reply to your service ticket.

  • Standard return shipping is free
  • Tracked return shipping is $10

Once payment has been processed, cards cannot be returned
