How does shipping insurance work?Updated 7 days ago
Shipping insurance is included with Expedited and Priority shipping methods. It protects your order in eligible situations while in transit.
What’s Covered
Order Lost in Transit
If you believe your package is lost:
- Open a support ticket so we can start an investigation with Canada Post.
- Once Canada Post completes the investigation, you will receive either your package or a full refund.
Refunds cannot be issued before the investigation is complete.
Order Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and all contents.
- Open a support ticket so we can assess the damage.
Depending on the situation, a full or partial refund may be issued.
Manufacturing defects and grading disagreements are not covered under shipping insurance.
Not Covered by Shipping Insurance
Theft (After Delivery)
If your package was stolen after delivery, please contact your local police. Stolen packages are not covered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer error are not eligible for reimbursement.
