You may request an order cancellation as long as it has not yet been processed. To cancel, please open a support ticket with your order number and our team will assist you.

If your order has already been shipped, you may return the unopened package within 30 days for a full refund.

Note: Cancellation and refund policies may differ for pre-orders during launch week.
