You don’t need to update or reset a password.
When you sign in, we send you a one-time password (OTP) each time you log in:
- Email: If you’re using our custom login flow, you’ll receive a one-time code in your email.
- Text message: If you’re using Log In with Shop, the one-time code is sent via SMS.
Simply enter the code to access your account. Each code is temporary and expires shortly after it’s sent.
Having trouble logging in?
- Make sure you’re checking the correct email address or phone number.
- Check your spam or junk folder for the email.
- Wait a moment and request a new code if the previous one expires.
