Yes, you can request order changes as long as your order is still marked as “Awaiting Fulfilment” and has not been packed.
Allowed Order Modifications
You may request the following changes:
- Address correction (verification may be required)
- Item removal
- Shipping method change
To request a modification, please open a support ticket and our team will assist you.
Disallowed Order Modifications
At this time, items cannot be added to an existing order.
You may place a new order if you wish to purchase additional items.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your package has already been processed or shipped, you may return the unopened order within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
