Can I get a refund if card prices drop after I order?Updated 4 hours ago

The trading card market moves quickly and prices change often. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for price changes once an order has been processed.

However, we want customers to feel confident when buying from us, so the following exceptions apply: 

Pre-Order Price Protection

If the price of a pre-ordered item drops, you may request a partial refund starting from the ship date up to 7 days after your order ships.

• Refunds are based on the price on the ship date

Banned Card Announcements

If a card becomes officially banned, you may request a full refund if:

• The purchase was made within 48 hours of the ban announcement
