Do I need a decklist for the event?
Decklists are required for all events run at Competitive Rules Enforcement Level (REL). Decklists are not required for regular/casual events. If your event requires a decklist, you can pick up a form on-site at the store before the event begins.
How do I apply to be a tournament official at an event?
We’re always excited to welcome passionate people who want to get involved in event operations. Currently, we are hiring Magic: The Gathering event staff only, which requires passing the Judge Exam. All MTG event staffing applications and information
I can't attend an event I paid for — Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you can no longer attend, please open a support ticket before the event begins and we will assist you with a refund. Tickets cannot be transferred to a different event so you will need to purchase a ticket for the correct one.
Can I use store credit to pay for event entries?
No, store credit cannot be used for event entry fees. However, store credit can be used to purchase items online or in-store.
Can I pick up an online order at an in-store event?
Yes! You can pick up online orders at eligible in-store events. When placing your order, select the correct Store Pickup location at checkout. Please keep in mind the following processing timelines:
Can I use proxies in your events?
No. Proxies are not permitted in official in-store events.
