The new website utilizes your web browser's preference to know which translation data to use. Please note that this does also affect the customer service portal


Here is how to change it:


In Google Chrome: ... >Settings >Advanced > Languages > Set to either French or English


In Firefox: Gear Icon > Languages > Set to either French or English. If not present, click add language.


In Microsoft Edge: ... >Settings > Languages > Set to either French or English. If not present, click add language.
