We understand that sometimes modifications are necessary. As long as your order is under the "Awaiting Fulfilment" status, and not already packed, you may request modifications to your order.
The allowed modifications are:
- Address correction (May be subject to verification with proof of address)
- Items Removal
- Shipment type modification
At this time, we DO NOT allow the addition of items to an existing order
To do so, open a ticket with us and we will take care of it!
In the case where the package has already been processed, you may return the unopened package to us within 30 days for a full refund, minus the shipping charges.
